Qualifications

• Working toward bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, mechanical / electrical / plumbing engineering, environmental science or land surveying

• 0-2 years of related experience

• Ability to develop sketches and communicate visual concepts and ideas to others effectively.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of working in a team environment.

• Highly motivated, detail oriented.

• Basic understanding of how to use technology as a design tool.

• To interpret sketches, drawings, building program and other similar material.

• Revit experience (for architecture applicants).

• Requires understanding of 3D modeling software including, but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Rhino, SketchUp.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Our architecture group is looking for enthusiastic architectural technicians to join our growing team. Our engineering teams are interested in resumes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, site/civil, environmental and transportation engineering. We are also considering land surveying technicians to join our busy survey group. Every day brings a new challenge; opportunities can include mix of field and office work.

Expected Pay $20.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
