Azar Design Co is seeking a qualified Landscape Architect with 5+ years of relevant experience to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including parks & greenspace, waterfronts, campuses & universities, stormwater/green infrastructure, urban public spaces, and transportation infrastructure. Candidates will play a role in all phases of projects from design concepts through construction administration.

Responsibilities:

• Perform design work for landscape architecture projects that may involve site design, grading & drainage, stormwater & green infrastructure, materials & furnishing plans, and planting design.

• Duties may include design of conceptual layouts and construction drawings as well as specifications, reports, cost estimates, presentation materials, stormwater calculations, and graphic renderings.

• Provide construction administration services, including submittal review, RFI responses, site visits, and quality control.

• Collaborate with diverse teams of architects, engineers, landscape architects, environmental scientists, and surveyors to bring projects to life.

Qualifications:

• Degree in landscape architecture, civil or environmental engineering, or similar.

• 5+ years of relevant landscape architecture work experience.

• Technical expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in AutoCAD, Civil3D, or MicroStation. 3D modeling skills (Sketchup, Rhino, or other) and rendering software experience preferred.

• Teamwork and communication: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
