Azar Design Co Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering and Surveying, P.C. is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Proposal Coordinator to support the marketing team in NYC/Northeast. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of related proposal preparation experience within architecture, engineering or construction industries including substantial experience with the proposal process on a wide variety of project types and markets. This position will support the pursuit strategies working closely with technical, marketing, and pursuit teams to coordinate and produce high-quality, visually appealing, data-driven proposals that position the firm for successful wins.

Responsibilities:

• Lead proposaldevelopment on assigned proposals by managing the proposal lifecycle, including RFP/RFQ analysis, content development, and timely submission of high-impact proposals and statements of qualifications (SOQs) that meet brand standards

• Coordinate with business development leaders, project managers, and other technical staff to prepare persuasive proposals, statements of qualifications, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials

• Support business development teams to develop new clients with marketing activity planning, research, and data management

• Support team meetings, review sessions, and interview preparation to develop strategic messaging in alignment with the firm’s vision

• Maintain pursuit and project information in our database, along with resumes, project descriptions, and photography

• Support post proposal management of client relationship management (CRM database) and financial systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards

• Assist during promotional phase/marketing of projects as required

• Additional related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field preferred

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently on multiple concurrent proposals within tight schedules

• Experience with proposal preparation for NYC, NYS and other agencies preferred

• Experience in Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision preferred

• Possess the qualities of good judgment, leadership, experience, successful proposal execution

• Skilled writer

• Ability to make formal presentations to company management and clients

• SMPS or related certification preferred but not required

Pay Range: $80,000 to $110,000 annual, depending on qualifications and related experience.
